Mike is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance and Human Resource Management. He began his career in the retirement plan services industry in 1995 holding positions of Retirement Plan Consultant, Plan Administration Department Manager, Manager of Client Relations and Vice President of Retirement Plan Services.
As a co-founder of Retirement Strategies, LLC in 2002, he focuses on the day-to-day operations, sales & marketing and partnering with investment professionals to assist companies in the design and implementation of their qualified retirement plan.

Jenny is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Management. She began her career in the retirement plan services industry in 1997 and has been affiliated with Retirement Strategies, LLC since 2002. She oversees all aspects of our retirement plan services, assists with the day-to-day operations and is responsible for the relationship management of her assigned clients’ qualified retirement plans with specific areas of expertise including; plan installation, plan document maintenance and administration, plan design and consultation, plan administration and compliance, governmental reporting and participant benefit payouts.
Jenny is an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) and a member of the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA), holding the designation of Accredited Pension Representative (APR). She is also a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), holding the designations of Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), Qualified 401(k) Consultant (QKC) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA).
